The Wisdom of Green

The magic and mystery of the world of plants are only just opening wide enough to allow mankind to realise their fullest potential and abilities: to feed, to nurture, to heal, and to spiritually support.

Soviet researchers have discovered that plants can recognize friend or foe, and like the mother tree who finds her saplings via her root system to nourish them first, plants share their water with a neighboring plant that is thirsty.

Plants have memory, they feel pain, and they can cry out. Plants can feel and respond positively to a tender touch. When passing a plant, gently touch its leaves while thinking kind, caring thoughts. It's even better if it is in the home or garden so you can observe it flourish.

Goethe's earliest poems delighted with his passionate observations of nature. Later, he sought knowledge away from university, as he found the study divided into segments and faculties, not as a whole. When he was taken ill in his late teens with a serious throat condition, the family turned to a Rosicrucian doctor by the name of Johann Metz. While convalescing, Goethe had the time to observe the wonders of nature surrounding him, the secrets of growth and death, finding himself more intuitive as he observed. As he gradually became stronger, this important time observing nature took him down the route of mysticism, reading many books on the subject and alchemy. It was at this time he discovered many of the greats, including Paracelsus.

To Goethe's delight, coupled with his observation of nature, the reams of information he gathered on mysticism and alchemy opened up a whole new world for him, where he wanted to aspire with all his strength to find the ultimate secret of nature.

Much of Paracelsus's work was sadly lost along with a number of the great works of the time. Allegedly, there were wonderful discoveries found and documented, but alas, all were lost.

Today, however, the subject is once more creating a buzz, and a number of spiritually enlightened souls across the globe are interested in the subject enough to research and study the wonders and magic of nature, both above ground and below ground.
