What a wonderful quote, it precisely says, in just a few words , exactly what is true.

And, what so many have tried to share, including myself, and over many years, everything begins and ends with the heart, with love, it is, the beginning the middle and the end. Our starting point and our finishing point.

I shared with you my thoughts and opinions on what I believe the near future holds for us all coupled with suggestions on how to help ourselves.

If you remember, last year and then again just a few months back in February/March 2026 I sent blogs out with the suggestion "to focus on your health and wellbeing, keep your immune systems strong as another virus or something that will affect our health is coming along , maybe not next week, next month but it was on its way, so prepare "..........and stated again that 2026 will be "a rocky year"...........an understated comment, as Juney does.

I was not sure at the time as to when, I just 'knew' a new health hurdle was coming. I can forecast now , in my opinion I do believe it is coming at the end of this year, November December

So while you are out stocking up please research excellent quality vitamins and minerals, focus from now if you have not already, on your health and wellbeing. I shared well respected herbal and health companies in the UK ....

The companies I list I highly recommend and respect plus they all offer free consultations, you can ask them for advice before purchasing or when you may be unsure what is best for your needs., or when you are seeking guidance and good sensible advice.

G.Baldwin & Co in London, one of Londons oldest surviving traditional herbalists and apothecaries offering a massive range of loose herbs, essential oils, vitamins and minerals and tinctures.

These companies will advise and do offer consultations that are free for 15 minutes. They also ship to overseas if required. I know Baldwins will ship but I am not sure about the others as I have had no experience with that service. Always ask, each one of the above companies is customer focused and highly respected and in my experience very helpful.

There are other companies out there that are also very good and highly respected such as your local high street health store, independently owned and run.

I am only sharing whom I use, there are many more respected health companies out there, get to know them as supplies, like we are experiencing at the moment with some over the counter meds such as aspirin and many others, may run short, so I stay with the big health companies I have listed knowing their supplies are huge, and also keep a relationship going with my local health shop, independently run health shop, not a large corp one.

I do urge you to get to know your local health store, talk to them, ask for advice, build a repore, as going forwards it will give much needed feelings of security to know there is people locally to where you live whom you can ask for advice and whom can order and supply your specific requirements. They are far more likely to support you if you are a regular.

I believe a 'new' virus is on its way, please prepare now if you have not already, you still have time. Focus on building a strong immune system in both yourselves and your pets and all will be well. Forewarned is forearmed.
