The Last Of The Sun
" Even if the big bang created the stars, dont you ever wonder who sent the flowers, the trees, the herbs and the plants?" Author unknown.
Re charge your battery packs.
The last of the sunshine is such a moment as the bright sunlight and warmth fade, the light from the sun boosts us and feeds all that grows from the earh. It is a time when it is so easy to hibernate indoors in the warmth, yet we need to be out absorbing the limited light as we journey through the autumn and winter months.
Without daily and regular top ups of natural light we flag, deplete and sag.
We tend to eat more, tire more and become a drag.
Our bodies are dependant on natural light for the health giving natural immunity benefits it gives.
I see the human body as a prism, when the natural light shines onto the skin, the light is then distributed evenly to the seven battery packs of the body, the seven chakras, nourishing, feeding, replenishing and recharging our battery packs.
When our battery packs are low, we all feel "off colour', yet when our battery packs , our chakra/energy centres are fully charged, we feel uplifted, happier, vibrant and much better in ourselves. There is a feeling of an uplift of mood.
Natural light is vital for good health and wellbeing, so if possible venture outside even when it is cold and as the winter sun comes through the clouds tilt your face towards it. Bare what skin you comfortably can bare, even if its just your face, or your face and hands, let the natural light do its job, as it will.
