Plant Healing .......... and

There is an array of natural healing methods available to us: herbs, plants, flower essences, and homeopathy. All are to be seen as facets of a whole, and all come from the bounty of Mother Earth. We can also include crystals and tree 'fruits', resin, and tree 'juices' in the collection, along with gold, silver, and some other precious metals. All of these are from Mother Earth, given up for mankind's usage. It is interesting that mankind's main use of gold and silver is for decorative purposes. Silver, at last, has been recognized for its substantial healing abilities, especially when helping with open skin wounds and the killing of bacteria.
All of the above have been trialed and put through their paces over time, coming out strong and resilient in their effectiveness, but like all things, the provider of the 'prescription' must know their onions for any to be as effective as they can be. In other words, in the right hands and in the right dosage, they can be a substantial support to good health and well-being.
It is my belief that natural healing methods address what other methods fail to fully reach, the healing effects of the physical, the spiritual and the psychological.
The way medicine is practised and taught today is taking us further away from the abundant natural healing methods that are there to be used to support healing.
Many identify strongly with their 'disease', confirming daily, I am a diabetic, I am... imprinting firmly onto their subconscious. Once embedded, it can be rather difficult to shift.
Rather than recognizing an imbalance that needs focused attention and taking action.
Natural healing methods take time, unlike today where many want a quick fix. Some choose a combination of allopathic medicine and natural healing methods and find this works for them, others go full natural healing methods or full allopathic ,one must feel comfortable with their choices and not be encouraged to go one way or another, personal choice is imperative.
I will however suggest that in todays energetic world, we my need to rethink, and to relook into natural healing methods in the hope there is something there that can support your health choices.
I have been a lover of Mother Earth, nature and the plant kingdom for as long as I can remember. As a child I was happiest outside in nature, preferring to be alone, seeking my special spot for the day, an area that felt right and was vibrant with wild flowers, lush grass and trees, once settled staring at the wonders surrounding me. The flowers seemed to be looking back at me and the birds after a short while would always come. The feelings of peace, wonder and inspiration came from those simple yet magical times. I urge adults today to do the same, the natural way is for all, simple yet effective and as part of a healing ritual. To take time out in todays stressful and sometimes overwhelming periods, take time out to find your special place in nature to enjoy the peace and calm and while you are resting be assured grounding and a healing process will be starting.
You will always feel better after these moments.
These special nature quiet moments can reveal discoveries about yourself that time has not allowed to be revealed prior, insights into your self and your personal journey back to your self.
