People Unsettled and Fearful

These are my thoughts and opinions, please do your own research.


Allegedly over the weekend extremely large numbers of people were out on the streets in the following areas, with flags demonstrating.


Liverpool,

Belfast,

Sheffield,

Glasgow

Brighton

Maidstone

Newcastle


With smaller pockets elsewhere and across the Country.


Many in the light industry, sharing their thoughts online encourage listeners not to look at, spend energy seeking out, thinking about ,and not to acknowledge what may be going on around us that is negative. In some cases the incidences are in close proximity, ask anyone trying to go about their business in any of the towns and cities listed. Yet the reality is, when one is sensitive to energies, one will pick up on what is happening out there, maybe not exactly what is happening, but they will definitely 'feel' a lowering of mood, a feeling that things are not right, leaving them wondering maybe even fretting and this can lead to melancholy.

When one is sensitive, one cannot escape picking up to some degree the feeling something is quite amiss, so rather than hide from and ignoring the obvious, see it for what it is.

Our inner barometer is a warning signal, I believe this needs to be operating as it should, a finely tuned instrument for our highest good, as an inbuilt alert system, finely tuned for our inspiration and guidance.

If we dumb this down by ignoring what is happening around us we will dumb it down not for our good, rather to our detriment., There will come a time when it is needed to forewarn, and sadly it won't be up to the job as the fine tuning and proper usage has not been actioned properly.

My suggestion on how to handle these times is to recognise, to see the reality, to see what is happening, see it for what it is, and to send out in prayer supportive energy for good to come out of a disturbing situation, using your own personal choice of thought and words, then once you have finished, going forwards, let it go, hand it over to a higher power. Make a solid effort to focus your attention elsewhere rather than return to it, rather than initially ignore it.

In other words you deal with whatever is happening, by recognising and seeing, but do not ponder over it, do not expel your energy, steer your mind away.

We cannot ignore what is happening, we cannot ignore what we do not like, that is rather like wearing horse eye blinkers, blocking side and rear vision, forcing one to look straight ahead.

Rather, face it, deal with it, then leave it . Face your fear .......... and deal with it in a spiritual way, but never turn away from life, as sure as yin and yang, life circumstances will erupt in different areas and in different ways, see them, then deal with them spiritually as suggested, not ignore ,otherwise you will only hurt yourself, by trying to ignore those fretful fearful melancholoy feelings that can foster and spread if not dealt with in the right way.

Change is happening in many areas of life, this is the beginning of a long road leading to much change for us all, let us deal with each step in a way that helps us cope.
