Health, wellness, and well-being are not built on a quick fix or one-size-fits-all solution; rather, they are built on the strong foundation of intention, choice, relaxation and time.
So many promises out there, promising to fix absolutely everything and in good, quick time. Just take this, or do this, or follow this format and sign up for weekly or monthly updates for a regular cost, and all will be well...
For the millions of seekers of good health and spiritual peace and enlightenment the attraction is mega, the pull severe, for rapid healing, a glorious transformation in quick time and only by taking this or that, or by doing this or that and by following a strict method for an effortless renewal ..............
The marketing is glossy, tempting and dramatic and yet in most cases the substance and results are lacking.
The outcome in many cases is disappointing.
Let's try something 'new'.
And let us seek the spiritual way to good health, mental health, and well-being.
Nothing is rushed; we can all agree that we are unique individuals; therefore, each person's timing will be unique to them.
So do not set any time limits on yourself for your health and wellbeing.
Demand nothing of yourself.
Rather
Take your time
Relax and soften into whatever it is that you are attracted to for well-being.
Seek out nature
Cast your attention to your breathing, is it slow and deep or shallow and quick? Re set to your own comfort zone.
Keep well hydrated with water
Cut down on caffeine
Count your blessings
Gentle movement
Walking
Music that feeds the soul

Re connect with what matters to you, to what brings you joy and purpose.
Come back to yourself, take time to 'feel' what it is you desire to eat when it is time to eat, when the body calls, when hunger pangs call, not timed and dictated by a clock.
Even the Ancients knew, from written records, the importance of taking the time to chew and to enjoy the food we choose to eat. To savour every mouthful and being accepting of the goodness fuelling the mind, nervous system and body.
Feel what it feels like when you return to yourself, be gentle with yourself, linger a while longer, take your time, and relearn to relax. In this rushed world of today, to feel relaxed is priceless.
So many are permanently on edge and have lost the art of relaxation, the first step on the road to health and wellbeing.

Allow everything to be as slow as it needs be............................
When we choose to follow the spiritual way, it is wonderfully paradoxical as it is surprising how much more clear thinking and mental clarity it gives us, we find ourselves to be more alert and more efficient in our daily tasks.
Follow the spiritual way, step away from the noise of life, and come back to yourself. Enjoy the feeling of what it feels like when everything is allowed to be slow, relaxing, and in perfect order, in step with the Universe.
