Fire Horse Galloping Out The Gate ....

Yesterday, I shared a hint of some of my feelings and thoughts on the war of consequences that we are embedded in and the reality of the consequences that will be coming home to roost in the not-so-far-off future. What I did not mention again, as I felt I have mentioned many times in previous blogs, is the nervous system. I was reminded by someone of the importance of repeating this, I may know it but keep sharing it she said so people fully grasp the importance.

So here is the reminder again, the focus of us all at this particular time must be on our health, for a healthy mind, body and nervous system. This is the only way I believe we will be able to ride out what is coming over the horizon, and soon.

To achieve this cover the basics, good nutrition, clean water, relaxation and most importantly your connection to nature, fresh air and grounding. Add movement in what ever form suits you and your body and keeping your spiritual connection tight.

This year in Chinese astrology it is the year of the Fire Horse as most are aware, it is not random as I believe everything is in perfect timing and order. Look at colour numerology, this year is a one, a red year, very potent, and the Fire Horse energy is in perfect alignment with many other methods, confirming absolutely this year is a year of fiery actions, fiery thoughts, fast and great changes, rebellion, instant gratification, AI over load, tempers flaring coupled with wonderful inventions that come to mind quickly and seemingly out of the blue, (blue complementary colour of red ...... I digress......) creative spurts of genius that must be followed through or they will dissipate as quickly as they came to mind.

On the positive side there are so many great ,wonderful and inspiring inventions to come through minds this year that have the capability of changing how we live and perceive so much in our lives from technology. Diving deeper into technology and what it actually does to the human psyche and soul.

No one has mentioned the effects on the soul, no one has looked into this area, it has been an area that has always concerned me, but this year they will and I will cheer them on. People will be looking at this area at last, and then , believe me or not, the full realisation of what is behind most technology and the addiction to the technology will bring a stark and aghast realisation to so many. A moment that will define how many choose to use technology moving forwards once the truth is revealed.

Everything will be quick and fast, time passing so quickly we stand in a daze on Friday thinking where did the week go.....................

Negatively, there is always two sides, the ying and yang, day and night, black and white........

When things move too fast, many find it difficult to cope. A simple act of shopping can become an anxiety-causing experience, as people are encouraged to use machines instead of being served personally, with staff being taken off tills and losing jobs. Having the basket whipped away before you have left the payment machine, people in the queue behind becoming impatient... road rage, tempers, and flying off the handle. You get my gist, be real, stay real, and accept that these things and more can happen this year as everything becomes inflamed, robust, rebellious and fiery.

Id like to add, within a fire year be more cautious around fires, flames, igniting combustible materials, explosions and forest fires. The burns stats will be interesting to view at the end of the year. Be careful and stay safe.

Take this all onboard and work hard to be the calm presence in all situations.

Help yourself to journey through this Fire year by being as steady as you can be.

Focus on your health and wellbeing.

Make your health your priority.

The Fire Horse will be galloping out of the paddock this year.
