Blue - Beautiful Blue

The descriptive words for blue in colour therapy terms are many, such as healing, the gateway to heaven colour, the colour of the throat chakra, blue is synonymous with trust, loyalty, faith, peace, calming, cooling .......... the list goes on with all the positive attributes we associate with sky blue, also known as turquoise, found close to the thyroid centre of the throat, near to the adams apple.

A gentle and restful colour to use when using colour therapy purposes and for self healing. I always say green is the ahhhhhhhh colour whereas sky blue is the mmmmm colour when used for healing.I see sky blue as the doorway to heaven colour, the bridge between the higher dimensions and the physical dimensions, I have always recognised sky blue as the gateway colour. The entry to the upper realms.

Sky blue is the main communication chakra, the driver behind the speech centre, before public speaking try wrapping the sky blue silk around your throat in a decorative manner, or wear a chunky sky blue necklace to aid and to support your flow your communication, you may find the words flow easier than they did before. Or better still, wear a top in the colour sky blue for more of an effect as it will cover the heart.

Sky blue is the greatest healing colour and this is universally accepted, sky blue is the colour of the communicator the colour of the bridge between heaven and earth. When using sky blue for self healing ensure you begin with time honoured methods that bring results, please do not try to experiment initially. I have always encouraged students to "colour outside the lines" and will always encourage inspired thinking where colour is concerned as I do believe we have much more to learn, I believe we have only just scratched the surface where colour usage is concerned.

But, and it is a big but, one must begin at the beginning, build a strong understanding and knowledge base of the 9 colours used for healing and what they represent in healing terms and more importantly what they can help you achieve and what they each can do. Learn their individual attributes and negative traits, as everything can have a dual purpose when one uses energy, especially colour energy, and to remember that everything in a synergistic blend is more powerful, in colour terms this means when one uses more than one colour at a time one creates a more powerful 'force' or energy.

Then to put time and effort into understanding and learning how the energy changes when using more than one colour at a time. Understand each colours role, their full capability and potential before you start experimenting, I agree experimentation must take place to take colour knowledge forward but only once colour has been mastered and understood and from a strong foundation can one commence taking colour further in ones understanding. Colour will be a very important part of mans future, colour for healing purposes and for forecasting purposes using colour numerology.

Colour knowledge will be needed going forwards especially with the new energies coming in, after all they ARE colour. Colour usage will have its place secured in our future and will prove to be a very important part in our lives.

Sky blue apart from being the gateway to heaven colour will also assist in opening the heart chakra, not much is ever said about this wonderful ability of sky blue, infact I am sure not many are aware of this ability of sky blue.

I discovered it by experimenting while using colour for healing purposes using both the silks and coloured lights. Sky blue is such a peaceful and gentle colour that 99% of the earths population resonate with it automatically, and many people chose sky blue as their favourite colour.

Traditionally we use sky blue and red as its complementary colour together when healing, or we can use red with green as an alternative when the need is there, my thinking was, what happens when we use green and sky blue together,? So I experimented, and I found the combination when using sky blue and green together for healing brought about a further "opening" of the heart chakra, coupled with a more balanced centre with an overall harmony that was noticeable. Clients relayed the deep peace they felt combined with a feeling of being able to fully relax with deeper breathing, all coming back to the mmmmmmm feeling I highlighted earlier.

My findings confirm the combination of sky blue and green used when healing, gives a gentle cosmic nudge to the endocrine system to focus more on the heart energy and its expansion.

The understanding and knowing of colours ability and beauty on a soul level is wondrous, to connect one back to inner wisdom and to communicate from the depths of your soul is a powerful place to be. Colour knowledge will be a powerful asset for us all in the years to come. You have prepared for this time through many lifetimes, remind yourself when life gets tiresome or when world events cause concern, you chose to reincarnate at this time, draw upon your great strength and inner wisdom to guide you and to motivate a more positive outlook, as with colours help and support it is now the right time to place your trust in your intuition, the voice of your heart, to put your enlightened heart and clear vision into practice.

Allow your cup of wisdom to flow. It is time.
