April - resilience, faith and trust is needed!

Well, April is almost here and what a month part of it will be..........
To be prepared is always the stronger position, this is why if you recall, in my whats app messages, (and again earlier this year and just a little while ago I repeated ) (please note : from here on in I will only communicate through here and through my blog), in my messages I urged you all to start looking after your health and well-being by strengthening your immune systems, as something else was on its way, not next week or next month but it was coming.
I 'see' alot, I hear alot, I am shown much, but I am very careful what I do share and how I share it and always, always, my messages are coupled with positive ways and methods to use to re affirm and to help yourselves.
I gave you the heads up as I wanted you to build and strengthen your immune system, it is widely accepted that a healthy body and a healthy mind go together as they are intertwined and tightly connected.
I also recommended you look at the websites of the two oldest herbalists and good health stores/companies in the UK.
G.Baldwins in London and Napiers in Edinburgh Scotland. Both offer free initial consultations and carry excellent products to support a strong immune system and good overall health and well-being.
I always try to think out of the box when sharing what ever it is I want to share or feel the need to share, "the wise woman says little". unless it is necessary, I will never say much nor cause alarm as there is such an over load of so called 'information' out there, confusing doesnt touch the sides.. Rather, I encourage a natural re-set, encourage you to connect to Mother Earth ,nature and the natural world as it is and always will be there for us, waiting to be re-discovered not only for its beauty but also and more importantly for its healing capabilities, that are huge.
This year in parts will be a rocky year of that there is no doubt, and during particular times throughout the year we will need to remind ourselves to be strong minded, to hold our faith tight and be resilient when all around us appears to be crumbling and failing. We must hold the faith knowing that this too shall pass.
Fear will be culpable out there, and this is one of the times where you can show yourself how strong and resilient you can be by not feeding into the fear and holding onto the fact and knowing by the time we get through to May in the first fortnight we can all breathe lightly again for a wee while. It is at these times of much unsettlement life demands of us inner strength and to put our faith in action. Character building yes, disturbing maybe, but we must over ride negativity and put into practice all that we know to be true and wise. This is when our resilience comes into its own, It is easy to do when all is calm and well, prove to yourselves you are more than capable of holding your own when things are rocky and unstable.
My blogs may seem simple to some and yes I actively create simple methods that are based on ancient teachings and truths and June'ism them to suit, to handle the 'problems' at the time, I find simplicity is the best form of wisdom, it must be simple, methods must be easy for all peoples to take onboard and to carry out especially when they are fearful, scared and feel they have no control over what may be happening in their lives. Our world is changing now and fast, many cannot cope with the speed with which this is happening, even some light workers are falling. Whereas if you have a strong immune system, a strong body then you are more able to think clearly and reset far quicker coupled by using the methods I share in my blogs to help you rise to the occasion.
I will always try to express and to share new ways or I should say alternative ways that are infact based on ancient knowledge and my strong connection to Mother Earth, the animal kingdom and the wonders of nature.
Sharing ways of calming and connecting and reset that are so obvious and surround us all yet so many miss, re-setting naturally is my term for it.
Listening to the glorious bird song, carrying out simple breathing techniques such as 10 breaths in and longer exhaling for just a minute or two, breathing in natures colours, taking time out during the day in short bursts to re-set naturally, remembering it is a red year energetically so moderation in all future action and possible changes as they need careful consideration before you act, reminding yourself when negative thoughts and possible fears come into your mind, dismiss them quickly by replacing with positive thoughts, re-set the mind re-set the thinking, re-set the body. And ............ all will be well.
