After July Things Change ....

After posting my previous blog this morning, I could not settle; my thoughts were as if a squirrel was running amok in my head. Having tried to offer suggestions on ways to encourage an awakening to more natural healing methods and ways going forwards while knowing full well what was on the horizon, yet not mentioning what was coming, I sat with my cup of tea thinking to myself, no, I cannot just leave it there. I am being too gentle, too softly softly. I knew I needed to go back and send another blog with a more honest overview and here I am.
I have been gentle with my previous predictions, coming in with the soft approach. I was hoping by sharing a variety of natural healing methods, one could choose one or more that felt right and commence bringing them into a daily routine giving plenty of time before the proverbial hit the fan!
Please re-read my last few blogs, take from them what feels right for you. Start to practice the suggestions and bring the methods into your daily life. You have time, as the month of June has 30 days, with 26 days remaining, giving plenty of time to focus and to start. Although I don't mean as from 1st July it all starts, no, it will be from July onwards things are going to warm up again and get rather hot and spicy, carrying on building momentum over the next couple of years. Affecting us all, we will need clear heads and strong nervous systems as much around us either breaks down or changes. Some changes will come in rapidly, while others will be a slow burn over a few years, both nationally and globally. We will need strength and fortitude. The financial markets have for an age been teetering on the edge; the collapse is overdue. The housing market continues to decline, fingers crossed it can be saved from further spiraling downwards. Food price hikes continue with energy bills rising. These are just a few examples of areas where we continue to experience instability with further changes on the horizon. In the area of finances, the powers that be may still hang on by their fingertips, but changes are inevitable. We may find our perceptions or our desires, wants, and needs will be up for grabs as we find we do not want nor feel we need as much. What we do buy and keep will be quality, not quantity. The bling and flashy and the throwaway culture will be in the main discarded by many and replaced with personally desirable, functioning, practical quality that is bought to last. Less is more, is most fitting.
Now I hope I am very wrong and there is always that possibility. What I am sure about however is, for the sake of repeating myself, practising natural healing methods coupled with being outside in nature, relaxing past times that help to support the steadiness of the nervous system.

These are my thoughts and opinions, please do your own research.
