The Spiritual Essence of Water

In my blogs of 2024 and 2025, I wrote extensively about the spiritual and physical value of water for health and healing at every level of our being, and also highlighted the coming future changes and the impact the changes will have on us all globally from the coming changes to Mother Earth's water supplies, i.e., the oceans, seas, streams, and rivers, etc., and from the effects of water and liquids both internally and externally to our bodies.

I stated then and reiterate it now, water will become a major focus for us all at some time and in the near future. We have seen an excessive amount of floods and tsunamis around the world, coupled with water shortages both here in the UK and in other countries. Also, water contaminations both here and globally have seen a rise coupled with water spread viruses.

It may now be a good time for you to consider a water purifier set up in the home and also in the work environment if you do not already have one installed.

For good health, clean water must be high on the agenda. In the womb, we float for 9 months as we begin life in fluids, water is our starting point.. Once we are born, water hydrates, refreshes, cleanses, and purifies.

Mother Earth can teach us much if we are still and alert to what is happening around us when we are outside in nature. Note where trees stay brown in part and the growth of plants looks stunted, showing us an unhealthy spot, whereas trees and plants growing lush and bountiful guide us to the healthy spots to be, to linger, to sit, and to relax.

Ease the pressure of modern day life by going home, to where it all began, to water, when out and about sit by water, paddle and swim, you will feel uplifted and relaxed. Water is the starting and end point both physically and spiritually.

Please Note: I list here only a few of the water 'happenings' noted in recent years, and increasing as time goes on;

Limited data show a higher rate of swellings in the body than previously recorded.

Tsunami numbers worldwide are higher and occurring more often.

In other parts of the globe, and at home, we see flooding numbers rising.

Waterborne viruses on the increase in tropical countries

Rainfall erratic.
