Now you must - Walk Your Talk

Remember, remember ..........a reminder to all my x students who over the past years who attended my courses and workshops whom I took on a spiritual opening and connecting journey and taught many new and pioneering methods that I had created and formed, knowing I was ahead of my time, confirmed by today, many light workers teaching and sharing information we did together on my courses and in my workshops many years ago.

I want to remind you and take you back 30 years when I started every course and workshop by gathering you all into a circle, handed out the song sheets, and we sang together my choice of song "Search for the Hero" by M People.

I am reminding you, my x students, and sharing with others who have not attended one of my courses or workshops of the power of singing, of music to raise the energy of self and of the group.

The power of music, singing, movement.

The time has come for us all to pull on all that we know to be the truth.

Now is the time for us all to walk our talk!

Easy when life is calm and peaceful, but we are now being asked to walk our talk when life and circumstance will be throwing the book at us, when things are tightening and life becomes difficult.

You must step up to the plate now, this is a rallying call to all light workers, this is your time to show the world what you are made of.

In this Fire Horse year when nothing is off limits, when it has only just started, you must remember to pull on everything you know and have been taught.

Go within, go within, quietly every day go within to realign, to practice your breathwork, to keep the connection with the Divine Management strong, in all my previous blogs I have shared straightforward and simple breathing methods that everyone can carry out.

Go outside into nature to reset naturally, breathe in the colours of nature, of the sunsets the sun rises, listen to the bird song, the crashing of the waves, the rustling of the trees.

You must pull on every bit of knowledge and courage you have as we travel through this year and beyond. There is no going back now, it has begun. Some of us elders may not be here to end the journey with you but it is our place, and the reason we are being pulled back to share to support, to remind, you of what we have taught and shared over many years, in part taught what you already knew instinctively and you just needed a reminder of some truths and elevated your spiritual awareness and knowledge to another higher level. Your soul knows the truth, now you must remind the body and the mind you have embraced and returned with in this reincarnation.

You must begin and end with going within, your inner world journeying forwards now is most important, if, as we know to be true, we are all interconnected, and it is truth, then what we feel and think is of the utmost importance to self and the whole, day in day out, there is no let up, we must remind our thoughts every moment to stay positive and true.

Mother Earth may appear to be volatile in parts of the globe, she isnt, she too is rebalancing and realigning. Yet there will be many upsets, again a reminder to those living close to the coast, maybe a move inland is a wise move.

You will need to pull on every bit of courage now, the time has come, it is here, to put into practice all that you know to be true. No excuses, no putting off, you must begin immediately if you have not already. Stay calm centred and peaceful when all around you seems to be chaotic.

Find your soul tribe, support each other, remind each other, others are swiftly moving into off grid communities, whereas some are choosing to go off grid as much as possible yet staying put, staying where they are. Follow your heart, What has been one of my teachings for 40 plus years?? Follow your heart. Listen to your inner voice, be guided by it, as what is right for others may not be right for you, follow your heart.

Grow your own food, omg this message I and many others have shared over many many years, now you must! Get planting this weekend.

Many are now opening their eyes to the truth, people who have lived their lives in the 'convential' manner are now questioning what is happening? what is this all about. realising and waking up to the truth they believed and realising is not the truth. Expect peoples all over the globe rising up in future years bringing the power back to the people, not for a few years yet but it will occur and occur in such a huge way that the people then at that time bring the power back to the people. It will be a momentous time in history, as tighten the shackles too tight and what has one got to lose ............................

If you are thinking of moving this will be the last chance for a good while, so either act or stay, it is black and white now.

With the orange man overseas (im ,in UK) cant say name otherwise this wont get out, starts with T , there may be another attempt on his life but again he will survive, I mentioned this in a previous blog last year, enemies like wolves are circling, his health majorly will suffer as he realises how hemmed in he is being , we are seeing some small signs now, but big events to come on both fronts, enemies attempting to bring down and health.

The current 'troubles' in the country starting with I has been a huge mistake, i think most can agree on this, the ramifications of which we are only starting to feel and to see, yes it may quiet down for a while but believe me this will only be on the surface, as this will rumble away in the back ground and then surge again as we go forwards.The I are not going to back down, they will never back down even though at some point they may appear to be withdrawing, they wont give in. The fire has now been lit, and no amount of fire fighters will be able to extinguish the flames.

Remember, to pull on every bit of courage you have to remind yourself to reset naturally, to carry out all the methods shared as you are being asked to step up to the plate now and to

walk your talk.
